However, the concept of inclusion advocates for universal design for policy-oriented physical accessibility issues, for instance, removal of all physical barriers for smooth movement, and easy use of physical structures.Universal rights of children are doctored under the Declaration of the Rights of the Child (Young et.al, 2014). Universal childr en rights are defined as the right of a child for special care and protection, non-discrimination, the right to survival, and the rights to respect and consider child interest. The universal definition of the child rights is a contentious subject in the law school of thought.
